The operator remains anonymous. The data trail does not. This policy covers the local Shorts Factory app (listed as short_factory on Google's consent screen) and its Google/YouTube authorization. The public case-file website does not receive OAuth tokens.

운영자는 익명이지만 데이터의 행방은 공개한다. 이 방침은 Google 동의 화면에 short_factory로 표시되는 로컬 Shorts Factory 애플리케이션의 Google/YouTube 인증에 적용된다. 공개 사건 파일 웹사이트는 OAuth 토큰을 받지 않는다.

1. Data accessed

With your consent, Shorts Factory requests the YouTube upload, YouTube account-management, and YouTube Analytics read-only scopes. It may access the authorized channel name, its video identifiers and statistics, and Analytics results such as views, engagement, watch time, and subscriber changes. Google provides a refresh token to keep this authorization active.

2. Use and storage

The app uploads a video and thumbnail only after its operator reviews and approves that run. API uploads start as private videos; the operator can explicitly schedule an approved video for later publication. It reads channel/video metrics to display performance in the local dashboard. Refresh tokens and OAuth client credentials are stored in the operator's local .env file; upload records and metrics are stored in a local SQLite database. The public website does not host this data.

3. Sharing

The app sends authorized requests to Google/YouTube APIs for the functions above. It does not sell Google user data or share OAuth tokens and channel analytics with advertisers or script-writing AI providers. Script-writing providers may receive public news or official Assembly transcripts, not your Google account credentials or private YouTube Analytics.

4. Retention and control

Local credentials and records remain until the operator removes them. You can revoke access in your Google Account connections. Removing the local .env credentials and SQLite records deletes the app's local copies; revocation prevents future API access. For an access or deletion request, contact the address below.

1. 접근하는 데이터

동의하면 Shorts Factory는 YouTube 업로드, YouTube 계정 관리, YouTube Analytics 읽기 전용 권한을 요청한다. 승인된 채널 이름, 영상 ID·통계, 조회·참여·시청 시간·구독자 변화 등의 분석 결과에 접근할 수 있다. Google은 인증을 유지하기 위한 갱신 토큰을 제공한다.

2. 이용과 저장

운영자가 해당 실행을 검토·승인한 뒤에만 영상과 썸네일을 업로드하며, API 업로드는 비공개 상태로 시작한다. 운영자가 승인된 영상을 나중에 공개하도록 명시적으로 예약할 수 있다. 채널·영상 지표는 로컬 대시보드에 성과를 표시하는 데 사용한다. 갱신 토큰과 OAuth 클라이언트 자격정보는 운영자의 로컬 .env 파일에, 업로드 기록과 지표는 로컬 SQLite 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 공개 웹사이트는 이 데이터를 보관하지 않는다.

3. 공유

위 기능을 위해 Google/YouTube API에 승인된 요청을 보낸다. Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하지 않으며, OAuth 토큰과 채널 분석 정보를 광고주나 대본 작성 AI 제공업체와 공유하지 않는다. 대본 작성에는 공개 뉴스나 국회 공식 전사가 쓰일 수 있지만 Google 계정 자격정보나 비공개 YouTube Analytics는 전달하지 않는다.

4. 보관과 통제

로컬 자격정보와 기록은 운영자가 삭제할 때까지 보관한다. 이용자는 Google 계정 연결 관리에서 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있다. 로컬 .env 자격정보와 SQLite 기록을 삭제하면 앱의 로컬 사본이 제거되며, 권한 철회 후에는 추가 API 접근이 불가능하다. 열람·삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 보낼 수 있다.
